Refund policy

Every Keepsakely item is made just for you after you order. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, pick the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

We'll make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There's a clear printing or weaving mistake
- You received the wrong item

Email us at contact@keepsakely.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
 

Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your item is already being made and can't be canceled.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, contact us and we'll help.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
