Shipping policy

Every Keepsakely item is made to order, just for you.

Production time: 2–7 business days

Delivery time after shipping:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–30 business days

Shipping cost is shown at checkout. It's based on the item size and how many items you order.

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Address errors: Please double-check your address. We can't replace orders sent to an address entered wrong at checkout.

International orders: Customs fees, duties, and taxes are paid by the customer.

Holidays: Order early. Delivery can take longer in November and December.
