How long will my order take?

Every blanket is made to order just for you. Production takes 2–7 business days. After it ships, US delivery takes 3–7 business days. Canada takes 7–14 business days, and other countries take 10–30 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is shown at checkout. It's based on the blanket size and how many items you order.

What are the blankets made of?

100% cotton. The design is woven right into the threads, not printed on top, so it keeps its color and detail for years. Each blanket has colorful fringed edges.

What sizes do you offer?

Three sizes: 52" × 37", 60" × 50", and 80" × 60". The 80" × 60" is large enough to cover two people on the couch.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry on low heat. Skip fabric softener to keep the colors rich.

Will it look exactly like the picture?

Very close, but not exact. Because the design is woven with thread, it has a soft, textured look, and whites can come out slightly creamy. Colors may also look a little different on your screen.

Can I return it?

Because every blanket is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my blanket arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your blanket is already being made.

Does it make a good gift?

That's what it's made for. It's a keepsake for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, or just because. For the holidays, order early, since delivery can take longer in November and December.
